Floorjack Auto Repair is on N. Black Canyon Hwy, on the frontage road beside I-17 at the Happy Valley Road exit. From Arrowhead and north Glendale the trip is Bell Road east, the street you already use for everything else on that side of town, and then the freeway north. From Westgate and the south end of the city it is Loop 101 north and east until it meets I-17. Oil and fluids, brakes, AC, batteries, and check-engine work go on any make. Engine, transmission, and driveline jobs stay in our own bays, which matters more from this distance than it does from down the road: a vehicle that came the length of the Valley does not then get sent on to a third shop.
Crossing the Valley and back twice in a day is what makes a repair get put off, and this is the one page where that is the real objection. When the trip does not fit, text us first and you can leave the car in the lot after we close, so it is on the lift before you would have set off. We call you with what we found, in words that mean something, and the number is agreed before a tool comes out.

How do I get there from Glendale?
From Arrowhead and north Glendale, Bell Road. It runs east to I-17 and you go north from there. From Westgate and the south end of the city, take Loop 101 north and then east until it meets I-17, and north to the same exit.
Should I wait for the vehicle or leave it?
Leaving it is the better trade from this end of the Valley. An oil change is worth waiting for. Anything that has to be diagnosed is not, because the diagnosis is what sets the price, and you would be sitting in our waiting room while it happens instead of getting on with the day.
Do you work on all makes and models?
Yes. Domestic and import, car, SUV, van, or truck. Owner Javen is UTI-trained and GM-certified, so GM, Ford, and Dodge Ram go deepest, and everything else runs through the same bays.
Can you finish the work in one visit?
Usually, and it is the right question to ask from this distance. Routine service and most brake, AC and diagnostic work is same day. Engine, transmission and driveline jobs stay in our own bays instead of going out to a third shop, so the vehicle is not travelling again either. If a part has to be ordered we say so when we give you the price, not after you have agreed to it.
